squeezed juice. It can be found readily in parsley, broccoli, green peppers,
grape fruit, oranges, potatoes, spinach, kiwi and tomatoes.

vitamin D in the system can help in preventing some forms of cancer.

available in nuts, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and avocados. Sunflower seeds

Avocados are full of essential fatty acids which are good for you. These
oils are easily digested and contrary to popular belief they do not build
excess fats in the body. It is a good source of vitamins for vegetarians.
