3 Vegetarian cooking recipes
There are no limits for the vegetarian cooking. Recepies of meatless meals you can find on the Internet alone will be enough for you to prepare a proper dish for every occasion. Even if you decide to grill something, remember that meat is not the only kind of food that can be prepared this way. There are countless vegetarian cooking recepies about grilling, too – grilled food is not only about sausages! What's more, most of the meals are extremely easy to prepare – sometimes they are even faster than their meat-based counterparts!
Grilled asparagus Ingredients: fresh trimmed asparagus spears (usually around a pound or two), a tablespoon of olive oil (the best possible) and the spices (usually salt and pepper is enough, though you might decide to use also some chilli). How to make it: this is probably one of the simplest vegetarian cooking recepies. Just cover the asparagus with a thin layer of oil and grill for two-three minutes, then spice and serve it.
Grilled zucchini Ingredients: 1-2 zucchinis, sliced (about 1/2” thick), tablespoon of olive oil and the spices (salt, pepper and oregano). How to make it: grilling zucchinis is just as easy as grilling asparagus – it is also one of the simpler vegetarian cooking recepies. Cover zucchini's slices with oil, then grill for about two minutes until it starts losing its color and becomes almost transparent.
Marinated veggies Ingredients: zucchini (sliced), red bell pepper (sliced), yellow bell pepper (sliced), yellow squash (sliced), red onion (sliced), fresh button mushrooms (sliced), tomatoes (sliced), olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, clove garlic (crushed). How to make it: while there are lots of ingredients, this is also one of easier and quicker vegetarian cooking recepies. Slice the vegetables and place them in one bowl. In another bowl or cup mix olive oil, soy sauce and garlic, then pour the mixture on the veggies, cover the bowl and leave it alone in the fridge for about half an hour. In the meantime, preheat the grill. After 30 minutes, put the veggies out of the bowl and place them onto the grill, then wait for about 10 minutes. After that, the meal is ready.
